Terms governing use of this website and advisory engagements with Summit Ledger Advisory.
These terms apply to the website at systemdatapath.digital and to advisory engagements with Summit Ledger Advisory (“we”, “us”). By using the site or booking a consultation, you accept these terms. Governing law is the law of New Zealand, and courts in New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction.
Services described
Content on this site describes financial management advisory for small businesses. It is general information, not personalised financial, tax, or legal advice, until we confirm a scoped engagement in writing. We are not your accountant unless a separate engagement letter says otherwise.
Acceptance and changes
We may update these terms by publishing a revised page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes to a paid engagement will be confirmed with you before they apply to that engagement.
Intellectual property
Copy, layouts, and brand materials on this site belong to Summit Ledger Advisory or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission. Deliverables we create for you under a paid engagement are licensed for your internal business use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and documents needed for advisory work. Delays in providing bank exports, reports, or decision-maker availability may extend timelines. You remain responsible for decisions you make after receiving our advice, including pricing, hiring, and drawings.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from decisions made solely on website content. For paid engagements, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies and cannot be contracted out of).
Website use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful content through forms. We may suspend access that threatens security or other users.
